A Pathway Towards Excellence..!

William Butler Yeats once said: Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire. We are trying to do exactly that in our school; and strive to come up with the most suitable and inexpensive methods of teaching-learning process integrated with life-skill training, with the help of our wonderful management, hard-working and skill-full teaching and non-teaching staff, highly understanding and supportive parents and erudite students.

Admission

Ours is a Government Aided School under Directorate of Education, New Delhi and affiliated to CBSE, Delhi. Academic year is April to March for all classes from KG to XII. Since it is a linguistic minority school, first preference will be given to students coming from the state of Kerala.  Admission to classes II onwards depends upon the vacant seats available, and also as per rules of DoE. Preference will be given to younger siblings, students from other govt / govt aided schools , govt transfer cases, wards of defense personals and students from nearby localities.

Academics

We have classes from KG to class XII and strictly follows NCERT / CBSE curriculum as applicable. We follow three-language formula (English, Malayalam & Hindi) up to secondary level. Malayalam is a main language for primary classes and compulsory second / third language for middle and secondary level. Malayalam is offered as elective / additional language in senior secondary classes. Information Technology is offered as Skill Subject under NSQF from classes VI to X. We offer 16 electives in senior secondary level and encourage students to opt for additional language / subjects.

School Video

Whilst we aim to ensure every child reaches their full potential academically, they are also taught that they can be successful in many different ways. This could be anything – like scholastic skills, performing arts, literary activities,  social works , martial arts, sports & games  and areas related to sustainable development. Students are encouraged to participate in all scholastic & co-scholastic activities. They bring laurels in zonal / district / state / national level competitions in cultural and sports arena.
